Our parts have been tenant tested for functionality, are priced competitively and have high retention rates. Even suspicious tenants are typically happy for the retro fit. What is ROI? ROI is an acronym for "return on investment", meaning how long it takes to earn back the money invested in a object, security, or bond. What is the typical savings? Our typical savings is between 20% - 40% of your buildings indoor water usage or $24.00 annually per single tenant apartment. This is strictly an estimate. It is based on a full apartment retrofit, the national average of $4.00 per 1000 gallons of water used, and a usage of 365 days a year. Why should I buy from you and not a Big Box? We have price shopped for you and find our products are priced better and deliver better value. We test all of our retrofit devices for functionality, retention, and user satisfaction. How long does the installation take? Our installation team can finish up to 100 units a day when installing the basic or upgraded packages. Each single bath unit typically takes b/t 5 and ten minutes. What are the hidden costs? On our end we do not have any. During an installation we expect a building engineer to walk the building with us while we do the installation. They typically are expected to open all the units and remove the pieces that are previously installed (not required). Leak Alert requires a building representative to read the meter and call in the reading once every two weeks. (Our representative is available to do the meter reading for an extra monthly charge.) Are you insured? Yes, we are insured up to $2,000,000 in liability. Are the parts warranted? Yes, most of our parts carry a manufacturer’s warranty of up to five years.
